Part 1 - Canberra

HINTS
1. There are no red herrings - all items are necessary to complete the game.
2. To join the first tour to Black Mountains Nature Reserve & Telecom Tower,
first talk to the people are waiting for the bus in the city centre, then
let the tour operator know about the problem. If you then go immediately to
the city centre you will be able to join the tour unnoticed.
3. If you are stuck at the top of the Telecom Tower, write a message on the
postcard then throw it over the edge.
4. When your ticket is blown away check the slabs near the lake.
5. The torch is in the Tasmanian Garden.
6. To obtain the ticket in the dinosaur museum you will need the stick and
torch., Exit the museum a couple of times until the small boy is present,
examine him and the curator will follow in hot pursuit. Use this time to
get the keys and change the clock. When the curator returns and starts
packing up you must hide.
7. The container you need is under the seat where the couple are engrossed
in each other.
8. You will find a hat in the restaurant.
9. Ride the train to meet the owner of the kiosk.
10. Give the athlete a drink to get a photograph containing a "famous
personality."
11. To get the piece of paper in the Pool of Reflections you must enlist the
help of the dog - try patting him.
12. Don't get the piece of paper until it has had time to dry.
13. The hat will secure some flowers which should then be given to the
youth.
14. Give the grog to the homeless "gent" to create a disturbance and allow
you to take a photo of the National Gallery.
15. The koala brooch can be found in the High Court but you will need the
voucher to enter.
16. The timetable is necessary before you can board the ferry to Aspen
Island.
17. Give a beer to the woman in the pub, then the brooch, and say yes when
she offers to show you the church.
18. To get the car moved you must find some worms for the fisherman. Use
the jar lid to dig in the Botanic Gardens.
19. Someone in the Botanic Gardens walking his dog will give you a Royal
Mint Tour pass if you are wearing the badge. The pass must be shown before
you can enter.
20. To get the water jet working you will need a rock to break the padlock
on the shed.
21. The miserable individual in the pub is your key to getting more film for
the camera.
22. Open the container using the nail file and take the watch to the police
station for a tour of New Parliament House.

Part 2 - "Treasure Hunt"

HINTS
1. There are no red herrings - all items are necessary to complete the game.
2. The only item needed from the pub at the start is the beer mat.
3. Search and examine have different outcomes.
4. You can carry only two items when swimming the river - be careful that
the branch, bark, matches, piece of paper and watch don't get wet.
5. Don't drop the watch as it is breakable.
6. Don't drop the penny or money as if you do someone else will pick them up
and you won't see them again.
7. Blow that dingo!
8. Having trouble with the bats? They hate noise.
9. To light a fire you will need the dry bark, branch and matches.
10. To obtain the small heavy object you must melt the candle in the mug
over the fire.
11. The shelter deserves close inspection.
12. Use the remains of the glue and a plastic cup full of water to make some
"goo," then use the "goo" and some fern fronds to repair the bucket.
13. No objects can be carried across the log until the rope has been tied on
both sides.
14. Typing HELP when stuck in the shelter will provide a clue.
15. The rope cannot be untied.
16. Before you can get the bull-ant you will need the glove and jar to put
it in.
17. Feed the snake and the wild pig.
18. You need money to get to the island.
19. Keep on examining the haystack until you find something to make a sling
shot.
20. Crawl under the ledge to find something to allow you further along the
beach.
21. The bucket is used more than once and can be repaired twice but in
different ways.
22. A shiny button will fix the magpie.
23. Plait the seaweed to make a rope then knot it before climbing the ledge.
24. Climbing the ledge at the beach will randomly give one of four outcomes:
(a) You will remain on the ledge.
(b) You will slip down back to the beach.
(c) You will be washed into the sea by a large wave.
(d) You will find yourself further down the beach.
25. Fold the paper to make first a plane then a boat. Fly it across the
river.
26. The yellow plastic spade is used twice but remember it isn't very
strong.
27. Use the net to get the plastic bag then use the plastic bag to get the
watch safely across the river.
28. It isn't possible to carry the golden fish in the bucket across the
river - you must go another way.
