You will have to wash it to discover what the something is, In the Very Hot and Humid Room, check out the vegetation to find the dagger. Note one of the poles is empty. You need the black ball (and cue) to play snooker. Snooker table Look under it to find a hook. SW Section of the Library Examine the books for a hint, and search for KORDEN to find a journal, this action also reveals a secret passage. Read the journal for more clues. Can't see. Feel around in the dark passage for a switch. Crate There is an axe behind the crate. Trying to chop the crate with the axe is a useful, although not entirely successful, action.
