This is a game long on locations with much mapping needed. Vocabulary is 
limited (no EXAMINE). The review indicated that you need to find a 
ferret, so begin there. Your goal is to find your gnome friends and get 
the stolen treasure back. HELP is available at certain locations.

INVENTORY (you have nothing), W, GET TORCH, E, N, N, N, N, W, S, GET 
FERRET, N, E, SE, S, S, S, S, SE, E, S, S, DROP FERRET (he sees a 
rabbit), GET FERRET, GET RABBIT, N, N, W, NW, S, S, W, W, SW, LIGHT 
TORCH, NE, E, E, N, N, N, E, S, HIT RABBIT, DROP RABBIT, DROP FERRET (he 
wants a pie), LIGHT STOVE, GET RABBIT, COOK RABBIT (you make a pie), FEED 
SNORT, FEED FERRET (he brings you keys), GET KEYS, GET FERRET.

Go N, W, S, S, S, E, E, GET ROCK, W, W, S, SE, SE, SE, E, OPEN DOOR, 
ENTER HUT, GET HELMET, WEAR HELMET, EXIT HUT, W, IN IVY (you see a 
goblin), DROP KEYS, DROP FERRET, UP IVY, DROP ROCK (the goblin is 
dispatched), DOWN IVY, GET FERRET, GET KEYS, IN IVY, HELMET ON, S, E 
(over a crevasse), E, S, S, W, W (a fairy offers you gold birds. Ignore 
her), W, S, DOWN, SW, W, W, SW, GET OAR, NE, E (at the rat hole), E, S, 
S, S, S, S, W, W, GET PELLET, E, E, N, N, E, E, N, SW, E, SE, TAKE STONE,

that the stone has strange powers which are a disadvantage at sea),

Go E, E, E, E, N, W, USE OAR (you push the goblin into the crevasse), W, 
N, IN IVY, HELMET OFF, E, ENTER HUT, DROP STONE, INVENTORY, REDESCRIBE 
(you see that you have dropped the keys as well. Hence the stone must be 
a magnet), EXIT HUT, CLOSE DOOR. You realize that you have locked your 
keys in the hut, CRY (a fairy returns the keys), GET KEYS, OPEN DOOR, W, 
IN IVY, HELMET ON, S, E, E, S, S, W, W, W, S, DOWN, SW, S, S, S, W (a 
fairy takes the keys), S, USE OAR (the goblin falls), S, N, DOWN, DOWN, 
DOWN, E, E (you are at the sea).

ENTER BOAT, READ COMPASS. ROW in the direction you are given. Repeat 
these two statements four times. Go N, N, E, SE, E, TAKE ICICLE, W, NW, 
W, SW, W, W, DOWN, S, GET ROPE, N, DOWN, DOWN, S, SW, MELT ICICLE (you 
can't. You must go higher up). Go NE, S, E, UP, UP, MELT ICICLE. You see 
a magic sword but leave it for now. Go DOWN, DOWN, W, NE, N, N, N, E, E, 
N, DROP FERRET (he moves the rock wedge), GET FERRET, STROKE FERRET, N, 
N, HELMET OFF, JUMP, E, E, SE, S, S, S, S, S, S, S, SE, SE, SE, E, ENTER 
HUT, GET STONE, EXIT HUT, W, IN IVY.

HELMET ON, S, E, TIE STONE, LOWER STONE, RAISE STONE (you've recovered 
the keys), E, S, S, W, W, W, S, DOWN, SW, S, S, S, W, S, USE OAR, DOWN, 
DOWN, DOWN, E, E, UNTIE STONE, DROP STONE, GET KEYS, ENTER BOAT, READ 
COMPASS, ROW (as above), N, N, SW, W, W, DOWN, DOWN, S, S, S, E, UP, UP,

(a big fight ensues).

E, E, N, N, (the ferret runs off after a rat), HELMET OFF, N, JUMP, E, E, 
SE, S, S, S, E, (the celebration cannot take place without the ferret), 
WEAR HELMET, TIE PELLET, W, S, S, S, S, SE, SE, SE, IN IVY, HELMET ON, S, 
E, E, S, S, W, W, W, S, DOWN, SW, W (you see the ferret), RAISE FERRET,
