(Start on an east/west path deep in the forest), INVENTORY (you are 
carrying part of a letter), READ LETTER (you are referred to 
documentation), E, E (to tiny inn), ENTER (the door is locked), READ SIGN 
(it is closed and you are told to leave a message at the tavern), W, W, S 
(to south fork), SEARCH (you find a playing card but it isn't needed), S 
(to ill travelled path), SEARCH (you discover a broad sword but it isn't 
needed), E (to centre of village), S (outside tavern), ENTER, SIT (at the 
bar), SHOW LETTER, TALK BARTENDER, TALK BARTENDER, DROP LETTER, E, EXIT, 
N, E (outside stable doors which are padlocked), EXAMINE DOORMAT (you find 
a key), TAKE KEY, UNLOCK DOOR, ENTER (to stable), SEARCH, TAKE COIN, W, W, 
W.

 (to bank of river where you see a boat and ferryman), ENTER BOAT, LOOK, 
LOOK (the ferry boat moves onwards… the spectre takes the coin from you in 
payment for passage…. you find yourself on the castle side of the river), 
READ SIGN, TAKE ROCK, E, S (by castle where the drawbridge is raised), 
THROW ROCK (at lever - it is random whether you hit it or not and the 
drawbridge crashes down across the moat, so if necessary retrace your 
steps N, W and repeat from "TAKE ROCK" until it does).

S (to castle entrance), S (to arched hall), W (to storage room), TAKE 
SHIELD, TAKE FLINT, E, S, S (to writing room), TAKE CANDLE, S (to another 
hall), TAKE EMERALD RING, W (to throne room), EXAMINE THRONE (you find a 
cloth sack containing dragon nip), TAKE SACK, E, S (to center of garden), 
TAKE TORCH, N, N, N, N, E (to dining room), SEARCH, TAKE SWORD, E (to 
windowless room), S (to secret stairwell), LIGHT TORCH (so you don't fall 
in the dark), DOWN (note this must be typed in full, to stairwell base), 
READ SIGN (to translate take the letter BEFORE in the alphabet - reads 
"Beware of Minotaur" - going east from here takes you into a maze of 
passages from which there is no exit).

W (to a dead end), SEARCH (now see an exit north), N (into an odd room), W 
(into a smoky room), W (to edge of a vast cavern where you meet a dragon, 
but the shield protects you from the flames), USE SACK (of dragon nip - 
you toss it into the abyss and the dragon follows it), W, S (to idol 
room), READ BOOK (translates to "Dragon Construction Set Version 1"), JUMP 
(over the glowing coals to the other side behind the trophy where there is 
a metallic door with heavy reinforcing bars and no handle, doorknob or 
lock), USE SWORD, E (into high tech room), READ SIGN (translates to 
"laboratory"), SEARCH (you see a person under a white table), TALK PERSON, 
TALK NERD (he complains that you killed his dragon), TALK NERD, TALK NERD 
(you tell him about the miserableness of the people and he says that's not 
the way it's supposed to be... he had the coordinates wrong.

You have found out what has gone wrong in this land!
