This is a minimal solution. You'll need to EXAMINE a few things, especially the cookbook, for
this solution to make sense.

Scores are shown in brackets as +A=B, where A is points earned and B is cumulative points earned.
You get one point for getting rid of the landlord. You get another point for making each of Old
Granny's different kinds of soda breads. There are recipes for three types of bread. Making
either of the first two (getboatbread and changewarbread) ends the game. Making the third
(getlampbread) doesn't. Therefore, you should make the getlampbread first, followed by one of
the others to maximise your score. This means there are two ways to successfully complete the game.
The alternative endings are given below.

GET KNIFE (landlord puts his hand through hole in door on 3rd move)
CUT HAND (+1=1)
