Unfortunately the second part is identical to the first part, and after you load your saved game from part 1, you cannot move around at all and don't know where you are. The King of Scotland has summoned you. INVENTORY (you have a gold coin and a sword and are wearing a rucksack; you stand before the king). SAY TO KING "HELLO" (he wants the crown jewels back. He thinks James Duncan has them and wants you to retrieve them. Your reward will be to marry Jessica his daughter. He says to look in "the Auld Hag" pub. SAY TO KING "GOODBYE", W, DOWN (at the 2nd gate and see a sentry), SAY TO SENTRY "HELLO", SAY TO SENTRY 'SHOW ME THE PUB" (I think he says there are two in Canongate), SAY TO SENTRY 'THANK YOU'", OPEN DOOR (it's too heavy), PUSH DOOR, PUSH DOOR, PUSH DOOR (it opens), SAY TO SENTRY "GOODBYE", W, SAY TO PRIEST "HELLO", SAY TO PRIEST "SHOW ME THE PUB" (the priest says it's in Candle Maker Row near the market place), SAY TO PRIEST "THANK YOU" (he says not to go near the docks), SAY TO PRIEST "GOOBYE". Go E, E, S (you see thugs), KILL THUGS (they run off), S, W (in the pub), WAIT (a man in dark clothes enters and sits down), SAY TO MAN "HELLO", SAY TO MAN "TELL ME ABOUT TRAITOR" (he says you have to make it worth his while), GIVE COIN TO MAN (he tells you there is a man who lives on is own in a forest near Peebles – he could tell you more; he gives you a note to give to him), PUT PAPER IN RUCKSACK, E, NW, W, NW (you can't), REDESCRIBE (you see an evil man attacking you), KILL MAN WITH SWORD (until he dies), NW, S, SW, S, S, (you see an old lady with a heavy load), HELP LADY (she gives you some bread), PUT BREAD IN RUCKSACK, N, N, NE, NE, NE, E, E, N (you see a man), SAY TO MAN "HELLO", SAY TO MAN "TELL ME ABOUT TRAITOR" (he hits you over the head and you find yourself in a bedroom). EXAMINE TABLE (there is a drawer), OPEN DRAWER, LOOK IN DRAWER, TAKE TINDERBOX FROM DRAWER, TAKE CANDLE (a guard walks in), LIGHT CANDLE, LOOK UNDER BED (you see a piece of wood), TAKE WOOD FROM UNDER BED, BLOW CANDLE, PUT TINDERBOX IN RUCKSACK, PUT CANDLE IN RUCKSACK (the guard walks in again), HIT GUARD WITH WOOD, EXAMINE GUARD (you see a cloak), PUT WOOD IN RUCKSACK, TAKE CLOAK, WEAR CLOAK, DOWN, TAKE SWORD, W, N (there is a dead fish if you head for the docks, but it smells and appears to be useless), W, W, SW, SW, SW, S, S (you see the old lady again), S (you are told to save the game and when you load Part 2, you will be taken to a location south-east; however, that does not happen).
