It is necessary to type directions in full, eg. GO SOUTH. 4. When using the SAY TO command it is necessary to use a capital first letter for people's names and quotes, ie. say to Helf "open coffin" Hints 1. SAY BOO to get rid of the demon. 2. CAST SPELL to get rid of Spectres, Zombies and Skeletons. These will however reappear after you leave a location and return. 3. When spells run out RAISE CROSS to get rid of Spectres, Zombies and Skeletons. Using the cross they won't reappear. 4. Don't close the coffin unless Helf is present or you will be trapped. If Helf is present you must SAY TO HELF "OPEN COFFIN." 5. If you enter the pungent passage too many times you will suffocate unless you are wearing the mask. 6. Don't attack the spider or you won't get the legs. 7. If you trip on the loose stones you will lose your possessions, so remember to pick them up, wear the mask and block ears with fluff again. Note only Stelph can pick up the book, for others it has fatal consequences. 8. Remember to sharpen the sword before attacking the dragon. 9. Don't delay too long in the chilly room or you freeze. 10. Don't get the sword until you have the gauntlet. Note if the sword falls in the crevice you can ask Silvester to take it. 11. In the echo chamber duplicate the commands, eg. to go south input GO GO SOUTH SOUTH. 12. You can only take one key at a time and you must return a key to the key room before taking another one. 13. Only Stelph can take the book of spells and it can only be read in the hall of mirrors.
