Synopsis

Plot

You are at the 9th ZX Microfair just before Christmas 1983. Your aim is to find an order form for the ZX Microdrive and escape without being mauled by the creatures that inhabit the fair.

Notes

This was originally published as a BASIC type-in listing in the 9th ZX Micro Fair Official Show Guide, December 1983, pp. 8-12. (The poor spelling and capitalisation is how it was published.)

The creatures that inhabit the fair are named after well-known personalities of the time. 'Johnstony' is named after fair organiser Mike Johnston. 'Pimani' is named after the mascot in Mel Croucher's Pimania. 'Sinclive' is named after Sinclair Research's Clive Sinclair. The game's author was the secretary of Staines and Stanwell Computer Club, which also gets a mention.
