Synopsis

Plot

You are Cedric the toothless vampire. What good is a vampire without any teeth to bite his victims? You must collect your false teeth from the dentist so that you can feed again, then get out of town, but beware of things like garlic and crucifixes along the way.

Notes

This was published by Argus Specialist Publications in Games Computing, issue 15, March 1985, pp. 52-5. It was an example adventure using the techniques explained in a series of articles titled 'Adventure into Programming' by the author. The original listing was for the BBC with conversion notes for the Amstrad CPC 464, Commodore 64, Electron, MSX, Oric, Sharp, Spectrum, and TRS-80 (plus TRS-80 clone Video Genie).

It was unofficially ported to the VIC-20 by Jimmy Fang (probably a false name) and published by Leo Wankersoft (another false name, based on a Paul Hogan character) in 1986, then enhanced and ported to the Commodore 64 by Dorothy Millard. This version is slightly different to the original.
