Errors in solution
How does one go about flagging errors in published solutions?
I've just completed Red Alert from Zenobi, and as is my practice I have check the published solution against my map and notes. The solution misses a step in part 1 which is necessary to complete part 2. Also there is an error in the ...

Re: Feature request: "needs maps?"
Definitely vote for that.
Quite often, when I'm deciding between which of two games to play next, I go to the game page to see if they need maps. If one needs a map and the other doesn't the choice is made for me.

Re: Unable to login from Banner
I enter my credentials on the home page, top right and click on Login.
This takes me to the forum with an error message 'The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.', with textboxes for username and password and a Login button. Completing these works as expected and I'm logged in.

Unable to login from Banner
Recently, I've found that I cannot login from the banner. I'm redirected to the forum whenever I enter my user name and credentials, and have to re-enter them.
Not a big deal, but I thought it was worth fixing.

Sunbmissions not being processed
Is there still a problem with processing submissions?
I have quite a few submissions in the queue; they are usually processed very quickly

Re: No longer receiving email notifications
I too have quite a few submissions which do not appear to be getting processed. Is there a problem with the administrators being notified of submissions?

Help needed - Billy Barker Invsetigates
I've been playing this off and on for just over a year (since 6th March 2023!).
I think I'm getting to the end of it, but I can't get rid of the guards in the security office.
I've used the boomerang to distract the guard but he keeps on capturing me when I enter the security office. I did think ...

Re: VICE C64 multi part tape game
I can usually tell fairly quickly whether I will like a game. With Merlin, for example, the puzzles at the start are fairly straight forward, use Object A to get Object B which will help with problem C. You find clothing which you can search for another item; wearing the clothing provides the ...

Re: VICE C64 multi part tape game
Found this on a Lemon64 forum:
if the game only supports saving to tape and not disk, then you need to use tape image. Alt+T to attach tape image, then enter filename and click "Create Image". Next attach the new TAP image and use File > Datassette control > Record to record the data to the image ...

VICE C64 multi part tape game
I'm playing Merlin from Adventure Workshop using the VICE C64 emulator.
I have got to a stage in the game where it says 'You must now save your position and load part two of Merlin.'
It then prompts me for 'Disc or Tape?'. I type in Tape as I am using a T64 image. It then says 'Type in Filename ...

Re: Help on C64 version of Davy Jones Locker
Thank you very much Strident. I had looked there earlier, trying everything I could think of (including 'SEARCH WASTE', 'SEARCH BIN', 'EXAMINE WASTE', 'EXAMINE BIN', 'DIG WASTE', 'DIG BIN').
Armed with your response I went back and carried on trying. It was 'SEARCH METAL' or 'EXAMINE METAL' that ...

Help on C64 version of Davy Jones Locker
I've been playing this game from River Software for the last 2 months. My current score is 82 so I think I am coming to the end; however I am now completely stuck. I have referred to the hints and solution available here on CASA, but that seems to be for the Spectrum version which does not ...
