Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Unmodified so it may be the same as the one you already have but the dump is more recent (2016) and comes from an original:

Re: Windows program to edit atr images.
Yes, unfortunately the version on Atarimania has the same problem.
Do you mean the one on our page or from the link I provided? The latter was from a different dump and archived from an original. I understood it didn't work either so I asked DjayBee what he thought and he came up with another ...

Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Alex only mentioned an issue with the first side, that's why I didn't bother with the second disk.

Re: Windows program to edit atr images.
Unfortunately, Altirra detects that the images are corrupted (alptraum game) and goes into read-only mode.
I think you could also add this game to the missing Atari games as the versions on the internet are faulty.
Can you confirm the one I uploaded earlier is faulty as well? Considering the ...

Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Well, we're always happy to review and amend any listings to correct them or add additional sources... so please feel free to flag up anything you think needs investigating further. In the case of the two Ray Wilmott games, it is useful to have the Page 6 disk references on there, as additional ...

Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Personally, if I can find an earlier example of the game being circulated (through a verifiable source, such as a contemporary library catalogue or magazine source) then I'll remove references like those Page 6 ones and resort to using the author as a fallback publisher. So, as Garry says, if you ...

Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Page 6 had a lot of exclusive titles, but being public domain, they made their way into other PD libraries. As you noted, the reverse also happened. The Page 6 library is available online, but none of the other PD libraries are available as a coherent whole as far as I know. If you have any ...

Re: Missing Atari 8-bit titles
Simple Adventure and Mini Adventure have different authors and different descriptions. I think both were advertised at the same time. One has graphics, the other makes no mention of graphics. We won't know for sure until they are both found.
Sorry, I pointed to the wrong Simple Adventure . It's ...

Just added the joystick-driven Moon Quest which took part in the ABBUC Software Contest this year:

I'm 99.99% sure these two games are the same (I changed the title in our database to the latter):
