What happens to the image comments?
When adding an image there is an option to fill in a comment field, but when the images are displayed these comments do not appear. What is the purpose of these comments, and where do they go?

Re: BBC Micro - The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings: Game One upd
It was on an emulated C64. I can't recall the emulator, but I do remember thinking it was a minor triumph to get part 2 to load the save game from the end of part 1. I hope you have an easier time when it comes to the transfer.
Incidentally, I played all four characters, which characters are you ...

Why does the company "Nebula Designs Software" appear twice? Once at the top of the list, the other occasion where you expect it to be.

Re: Scope of the site
Someone could review the unofficial conversions and make a note in the review that it is an unofficial conversion.
Or, perhaps a less onerous task would be for someone to use the commenting system to post a comment for each game saying that an unofficial conversion of the game exists for whatever ...

Re: Tunnelmaze, Underground Adventure et.al.
I found this via Google: Link to Greenwich Council library catalogue search (and remember to click on the other two pages).
I don't know if there were any more books but the list seems pretty comprehensive.

Re: Tunnelmaze, Underground Adventure et.al.
Duckworth published a number of books written by Peter Gerrard called "Exploring Adventures on the X" where X is a computer platform. The meat of the book was how to program adventure games in BASIC, with the development of "Underground" being the example, Tunnelmaze and Castlemaze were listed at ...

Re. BBC / Electron, would having them grouped together be any more inconvenient to Electron users than for Spectrum 16 users having the Spectrum 16 and Spectrum 48 grouped together?

Re: Scope of the site
Personally I think that giving separate tags to text-only and text-with-graphics adventures is a bad idea. As Dave noted there are many games that were originally released as text-only adventures, then were later released with graphics added, so for these games the text-only/text-with-graphics ...
