Good spot. Yep, looking at the listings, Warlord is a version of Giant's Gold.

World of SAM downloads
The World of SAM have relaxed their policy on software in their archives so now a lot more games (that were preserved but didn't have express permission from the original authors to be hosted, as they couldn't be contacted) are now available.

Re: Information Regarding The if-archive.org. Web Site
There's a thread with an explanation on intfiction:
Here’s the details:
We received this advice from our lawyer on Monday and it said “do this now”. So we got to work.
The restriction applies to the following directories (including subdirectories):

Re: Duplicate games & games that should be deleted
I think Grimble https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C2879/Grimble.html is a duplicate of Crimble https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C2651/Crimble.html , given that Crimble is a.k.a. Grimble.
Yeah, that's another old artifact from WOS, I think. It's currently correctly listed as just a single ...

Merged the entries and moved over wilko's map & solution.iamaran wrote: Tue Jul 29, 2025 6:52 pm Avior https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C912/Avior.html
and
Avoir https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C2523/Avoir.html
are duplicates.
They both have a solution and map.

If it's using most of the memory of the PAW then it's unlikely to work with certain Spectrum 128K models (there wasn't as much free memory for PAW on the +3 for example). So it may depend on the accuracy of the emulator you're using and/or the model of Spectrum you've got loaded.

<t>Yeah, emulating the bog-standard 128K will be the best bet. The later Amstrad models may cause issues. In PAW you lost 4K of page 6 and all of page 7 of the memory on the +3 for example, for the disc code and ram disc, so although Polearn will load, it won't work correctly. (Or work on the later ...

Done. Copied the image across from the deleted entry so I'll leave it to Alex which one of his screenshots he wants to keep.

Re: Agent 000 / Agent 000 Returns
The entries were from over a decade ago. From looking in some of the TI-99 forums & media "computerclassics" is a moniker that TI-99 expert Bill Gaskill has used in the past, so I guess if anyone had a copy it would've been him.

Re: Agent 000 / Agent 000 Returns
I'm not sure. The image/entry was submitted by the user computerclassics, who has also contributed other TI-99 information. I've not seen any magazine references with images so it may be a genuine screenshot.

Please delete the Atari 8-bit version of Pharaoh's Curse Adventure https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C1829/Pharaoh%27s+Curse+Adventure.html .
It is a duplicate of https://solutionarchive.com/game/id%2C7522/Pharaoh%27s+Curse.html
I will have a nose at that one.
Here's where the Atari version ...

Re: Duplicate games & games that should be deleted
Yeah, it's really an "arcade adventure". It's doubtful if we'd add it as a new game if it wasn't already on there.
I'd normally have no qualms about deleting it normally, but there is a solution on the site for it, so perhaps it isn't really do any harm being there? There are a few other cases like ...
