Anyone tried to play Toot 'n' Come In? It seems a bit buggy. SCORE for instance gives a lot of garbage.
I solved some puzzles, but I'm stuck on the following problems:
-How to get rid of the slime?
-How to prevent the big rock crushing down on you (west of the carved passage)?
-How to climb down ...

Re: Steve W. Lucas games
With the MSX version you do not start at the pyramid, but in a village and you first have to go through a desert maze to reach the entrance. See my map.

Can someone explain these number conversions
In several programs the values are stored like the numbers in the third column. How are these numbers converted?

Double entry?
Is there a reason why this game has been added to the database as a separate entry:
https://www.solutionarchive.com/game/id ... +Ship.html
As it already existed as :
https://www.solutionarchive.com/game/id ... hship.html
or has this been overlooked and can I merge the two games?

Re: Duplicate games & games that should be deleted
I have no problem if the site maintainers decide otherwise with any of these entries, but either way can someone please process these from my submissions queue? One has been there since 31/08/2020 and the others since 18/09/2020.
I've deleted your submissions as requested. I guess they stayed ...

Re: Duplicate games & games that should be deleted
The Magic Knight adventures were one of my favorite games at the time. I know Jacob was a huge fan of theirs too. He even asked me in 2000 if I could send my solutions to Knighttyme and Stormbringer (two of the other Magic Knight games), which I haven't done so far :). I'm talking way back in the ...

Re: Excalibur by Jim Macbrayne 1983
My version is the one found on gamebase64 and the solution written by Dorothy does not work with that version on several points, e.g. finding excalibur, looking at the print (on the gamebase64 version you don’t need to fix the print before you can examine it) and the different location where to get ...

Excalibur by Jim Macbrayne 1983
This week I played the c64 version of Excalibur from Jim MacBrayne. With 267 locations it was rather big. I solved the game and have uploaded a map, but I was unable to get all 411 points ( I only managed to get 336). Furthermore, the sword excalibur can be found in the location east of the starting ...

Re: Problem saving fixed game ccs64
I just understood it is not a problem with my emulator, but the game uses poke 44 to store the sprite data which is not in the basic code. I will upload my CCS64 save state which can be run and a file with all the changes I made. If someone wants to play the game on an emulator not being CC$64 just ...

Problem saving fixed game ccs64
Yesterday I started to play A Western Adventure which appeared to be a rather interesting game due to the moving main character. The puzzles are quite easy to solve so it's good game for beginners.
I noticed the version on the internet had several bugs which made it impossible to solve the game. I ...
