Some explanation for the ones who didn't get it: With the first picture I was referring to the card game "Shithead" which is also known as "idiots" or "palace". In order to know which name to choose I gave the hint "if you think royalty is part of this title, you're not crazy ". The ...

Nope, the first picture is quite graphically depicting what it is supposed to depict When you know that word you only have to find another word for the same thing.
