Re: You are the hero - Fighting Fantasy gamebooks

Talking about the original books, a friend and me have discussed the first two recently
Thanks for pointing it out. I just read them. It was interesting to read them and remember the elements discussed although it has been a very long time ago when I actually played those two titles. I look ...

Re: You are the hero - Fighting Fantasy gamebooks

Look certainly interesting. I'll think about it. Did you ever play the official Fighting Fantasy board games?

Re: Demoniak (PC, Amiga and Atari ST)

Hi,

Nice to hear someone else is playing this game :thumb: . I must admit I haven't played it for some time. It would be great if we can solve this one at last, but it seems very hard to do so because timing is very important and even than some things (attacks and fights) appear to be random. It ...

Re: Another Classic Ported to TRS-80 MC-10

I've ported the game "Digitaya" from the VZ200 to the MC-10. Anyone played this one to completion? Any solutions available out there?

I was playing the French c64 version a while ago. For the moment I'm in Spain but I'll be back next week. If nobody else has a solution, I look up my notes when I ...

After loading the basic program the following commands will do the trick:

OPEN 4,4
CMD 4,”name”
LIST
PRINT#4
CLOSE 4

Garry, thanks for mentioning the tool. It does have some other interesting features.

Wanted: person with knowledge of the TI99/4A

While revising the publications made by Hal Renko and Sam Edwards, I discovered there also existed a German version of I.T. - The Intra Terrestrial: Adventure of the Century . I searched the internet, but could not find the game anywhere. I did manage to obtain a copy of the book for the TI99/4A ...

None, after loading the game in the main menu just choose "Market" and then "Rebellion".

It's a strange place to encounter a text adventure game, but I quite liked the game.

Re: A rambling of sorts.

If someone mentions Yugo the first thing which enters my mind are the leather belts the Maya in Mexico wore to play their ballgame , but I suppose you mean something else because to my knowledge there is no market for selling these belts at the moment  (sorry this is one of the side effects of ...

Without being able to access the actual source code including line numbers it will be very hard to fix the error. Hopefully some other version exists without the error.

Re: To Preserve Quandic Trs80-coco

Thanks Alastair for uploading the file!.

I was glad to see it is a different version than the two I found. The (buggy) cheat mode by typing HELP in part 1 is not available in this version.
Unfortunately after trying to play your version I get the same error after loading part 4:

?UL ERROR 201

Re: To Preserve Quandic Trs80-coco

Alex, it would be helpful if you could tell us where you downloaded your copy. Then at least I could file compare the non-working copy with a couple of images I have managed to find.

I've downloaded the game from these two places:

To Preserve Quandic Trs80-coco

This week I've been playing To Preserve Quandic. I managed to solve the first three parts, but unfortunately the version I found on the internet crashes after loading the fourth and final part QU4.BIN. I've uploaded a map and a solution to the first three parts. It would be nice to be able to finish ...
