"Kuma" and "Kuma Computers" are one and the same company. As far as I know the official name was "Kuma Computers".

I searched a little further and learned Kuma Computers in Berkshire, England produced games between 1984 and 1985 for the Amstrad CPC and MSX. The Einstein games are from 1983. I don't know much about the Einstein. Is this the same company? The font of the company logo appears the same if you look at some of the game covers. At least "The shadow of the Bear" and "North Sea Bullion Adventure" were published by Kuma Computers.
