The publisher is HACE. I'm presuming this is H--- Atari Computer Enthusiasts. Any idea what the "H" stands for?
Possibly the Houston Atari Computer Enthusiasts user group.

(who published "Update Atari")
Here's a letter dating back to their early days when they were obviously converting programs that appeared in Softside to the Atari!

The question appears to be whether the
SoftSide games can be added to the group's PD library so they can be exchanged, I don't think the point is about converting anything. This being said, the
Lost Dutchman's Gold is likely from 1981 like most of what the user group released so that game may have prompted Gerald Manegold to write to the magazine (if he was specifically thinking about adventures that is).

Ronin
Atari Frog has told me of a new discovery for 'Ronin' by David Alfozon and William Mataga. This was restored by John Hardie of the National Videogame Museum from the archives of Synapse Software programmer Bill Darrah. The game can be downloaded from
www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-x ... 42345.html. The Atari Mania page also has a very interesting interview with the author. I won't repeat it here, but it's well worth reading.
Crash on the Meteroid C117
While browsing the AtariAge forum, I stumbled across 'Crash on the Meteroid C117' by Holger Bommer. This can be downloaded from
https://forums.atariage.com/topic/343569-nyd-23/. Download the zip file and unzip it. The game is on disk 3. You can delete everything else. This is an English translation of a game that was featured in a text adventure tutorial in
ABBUC Magazin. The tuturial was split into 5 parts and the last one was published in issue 149, 25 June 2022. The German version was released on the disk that accompanied the magazine, but both disk and magazine are only available to ABBUC members.
