Hi Jacob,

Is it just me, or are a lot of links to maps on your page dead right now?

No, you're right. Those maps used to reside on an external server - which I've lost contact to :(

I'm quite sure that I have a backup of those maps tucked away somewhere, I just can't find them at the moment

Would those be the maps on IF-Legends.org? They've changed their site as well as their server. You can contact them here http://www.if-legends.org/scripts/contact.php . With luck, they may still have copies of the maps.

sounds rather annoying to me, switching off a server without informing people beforehand. As far as I can see, the AD&D maps were among those affected. If you can't get them back from if-legends, I will look if I still have copies on my old computer.

Well, I think I am largely to blame myself. Fortunately, I had your AD&D maps backed up, so they're back in place, along with other items. Now I "just" need the Infocom maps, but they weren't too great in the first place, so perhaps I should find some other ones.

Infocom maps? There are some very good (as in official) ones at the Infocom Documentation Project http://infodoc.plover.net/maps/index.html

Yes, I have those and think they might make nice replacements for the missing ones. Thanks for the suggestion.
