Mad Bomber
P.S. I would really be interested in an explanation of the "Ulm" one…

Unfortunately, both incorrect.
Regarding the small picture, actually the question mark is the more important feature. The little man should tell you what the question is.

My thinking was that Ulm 1879 represent the birthplace and year of birth of A. Einstein.

Terrible Doubt of Appearances

No, incorrect.
The title you are looking for is formed of a single word.
You should form it using the two images and the way they are arranged.
The little image represents a short question.

Very nice guess
but unfortunately wrong.
The serial order in your guess does not fit the arrangement of the 2 images in the clue.
Also, "what" is not the question I had in mind, but you are close.
What question do you think a desperate man like the one in the small picture is posing himself?

Witchcraft
A play on words with
which
crafts (ships)
and a man who's obviously being cursed or something similar

No, wrong again.
Again, the order/ arrangement suggested by the position of the small picture is not respected in your guess.
The small picture should represent a short question which should tell you how to alter the definition of the larger picture. The short question is not "which?" either.
If nobody has anything against it, I'll post a second clue tomorrow.

I'm tempted to guess Hawaii (the question being why).

Another very nice guess, but also wrong.
You figured out what the question is, but it's spelling is wrong
Also, the picture arrangement is not respected either.
I'll post a new clue tomorrow.
