Synopsis

Plot

You are Sir James Wentworth, a member of the London Archaeological Society, and have been sent on a special venture to the Indus Valley of South America. You must explore the valley, find and return with the fabled Scythian Tablet and Alexandrite's Starstone.

But beware! No explorer has returned from the Indus Valleys since expeditions started in the early 1900s.

You begin your quest at a small South American village, armed only with a torch and small, very old, parchment.

Notes

The game is called "Valley" on the cover and cassette, and "Valleys" on the title screen.

It should be noted that the Indus Valley is situated in Asia, making the game's South American setting a rather odd one!

There seems to be no inventory limit, which is a benefit as most of the objects are red herrings! It may be a good idea to give this one a miss.
