Synopsis

Plot

You have lived on the planet of Alpha Centuri all your life, but the planet has started to disintegrate and most of the other inhabitants have already escaped. You must try to do the same, but you only have 100 minutes left before the planet explodes.
As the game progresses, you'll discover that the only spaceship you can find needs to be repaired and refuelled. You'll also need the keys to start it and a space helmet to fly it. Can you find everything you need and escape within 100 minutes?

This was published by Argus Specialist Publications as a BASIC type-in listing for the Oric-1 with 48k in Games Computing, issue 5, May 1984, pp. 107-111 and Personal Software, Autumn 1984, pp. 19-21. It was later published for the MSX in MSX User, vol. 1, no. 3, February 1985, pp. 54-61.

It was published as a type-in for C16/Plus 4 under the title Escape from Airia (Flight from Airia) in issue 112 of Home Computer Weekly, May 1985, pp.33-35.

Appears to have been the basis for the game Escape from Planet Beta.
