Magnetic Scrolls got into the game (so to speak) fairly late, but were sometimes regarded as the British equivalent of Infocom. The company was created in created in 1983 by Anita Sinclair and Ken Gordon, with their first game (The Pawn) being released two years later.
Strictly speaking, on all their games Magnetic Scrolls was only the developer. They were all published by Rainbird, except Wonderland (Virgin) and Myth (Official Secrets).
The MS Memorial and MS Chronicles both offer detailed info on all the MS games.
