Re: The Guild/The Guild Adventure Software
No worries. I can probably do it manually without it taking too long, as once I've worked through some of the games I'm finding the earlier publishers anyway.

Re: The Guild/The Guild Adventure Software
(I'm going to go through all the early "The Guild" stuff, with impossible dates... i.e. prior to it existing as a company... and try and assign the correct first publisher, where possible... It's already led to me spotting a few duplicate entries in the database)

The Guild/The Guild Adventure Software
We've somehow managed to end up with two different publisher entries for The Guild/The Guild Adventure Software, despite them being a single company.
I can manually change over all The Guild references to The Guild Adventure Software... but if there is a quicker, higher-level admin way to do it ...

Tell me more. What are they doing?
I've seen Melanie mention the SC-3000 a fair bit in the past. She was involved in researching the Play It Again digital archive ( http://www.ourdigitalheritage.org/archive/playitagain/ ) iirc, has written a fair few papers on Aus/NZ gaming (such as https://www ...

Impressive work. It sounds like it's going to be an excellent, and fairly complete, archive once you've finished tinkering. It'll probably be worth flagging it up to one of the local Australian/New Zealand academics working in this area, such as Professor Melanie Swalwell at Swinburne.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were the first person to complete a SC-3000 game in 35 years.

Re: The Black Hole (Softside)
So, if it wasn't written by Peter Kirsch, then who the hell wrote it?
Yeah, that's the million dollar question, I guess.
I suppose the next step would be to see if the listing structure bares any resemblance to one of the other authors style? Probably won't help much if it is the case that ...

The Black Hole (Softside)

You have been busy.
It will be a great resource for everyone... including the SC-3000 community themselves, I should think.
GitHub/GitLab might be the best choice for hosting the files, as they could be accompanied by the relevant BASIC listings there.

Great stuff. I think I've added all your screenshots now.
I've noticed quite a few adventures (such as the Young 'Uns) in that Google Drive link that has just gone up on the Facebook page, so I'll check those out later.
[Edit: It includes...
The Tomb of Nozar
The Young Un's
Zivorx Adventure]
