Re: Authoring System Not Currently Showing

I guess this also affects people with Gmail to receive a notification by mail when you send a private message.

Windmere Estate Apple II

I've been playing this game. The biggest problem of solving this game is the lack of commands recognized. I solved the biggest part of the game but I still have the following 6 questions:

-How to open the main gate? I guess you have to use the brass keys or the crowbar, but I can't find the right ...

Thank you! Interesting tool. Might come in handy.

Re: How to make empty tape file for zx spectrum

Let me clarify my question. I finished the first part of the game and now I am asked to insert a tape to save the game and then load it into the second part. How do you do that on a zx spectrum emulator? I have ZXspin and EMuzwin on my computer. I don't know which one is better for this.

New fighting fantasy book

Nothing to do with text adventures, but I know some of you also play fighting fantasy gamebooks. Today I played the newest one called "The Dungeon on Blood Island". Not very difficult to solve (that is if you cheat the fighting :) ) but nevertheless I did like it. Only strange thing is that with the ...

I overlooked your message from 14 March because at that time I was travelling through South America. I just found your upload of the AGT and I've downloaded it. Thanks. Today my summer holiday started, but I'll give it a look when I'm back.

Re: Title and in game music in text adventures

Miss Marple for the c64 with the original tune from the Miss Marple movies with Margeret Rutherford from the sixties. Mystery Voyage c64 (title music, sound effects and speech), De Sekte c64 (plays music each time you advance).

Re: Board quota for attachments has been reached

Good point. I've removed 29 of my attachments (all from the adventure challenge). The others (38) I'll check which ones are interesting to keep.

Edit: in total I've removed 46 of the attachments I had uploaded.

Re: Board quota for attachments has been reached

I guess it should help if we remove the adventure challenge. This post has the most attachments and I guess nobody is reading it any longer.

Sorry to hear that. I used to have a lot of contact with the owner for a while. He was a user here but I see his last activity on this forum was in April 2022.
