Why is there so little on the Net, including in the CASA database, on Tim Hartnell and Clive Gifford's "Mysterious Adventures" for MCX computers 1985? Is there something I'm missing in my searches regarding these programs? Were they just crap? They truly are mysterious.

You can now play it here in all its classic 8-bit glory. Just select ADVENT1

Re: TRS-80 experts... John Olson & John R. Olsen
I've converted a game called "Island of Secrets" adventure for the MC-10, but I don't see any author info in the source. I haven't done Gymnasium, or the others. Sorry, I can't be of much help here.

I've finished translating it to English. Done some debugging too, and have played through to completion.

I have ported The Secret of Flagstone Manor to MC-10, and created a walkthrough which I have uploaded to the database.

Made a blog post with a walkthrough and some details about some errors I fixed in the original version of the Silverton House Adventure.

Re: Planet of Death
You're right. Here's the info on the source I used for my port to BASIC.
// "Planet of Death: Adventure A". Original by Artic Computing, ported to
// TI-89 and TI-92+ by Zeljko Juric, based on generic C port by Paul Taylor.
// You need TIGCC crosscompiler with library 2.0 or greater to compile it ...

Re: Another Classic Ported to TRS-80 MC-10
I have ported "Silverton Adventure" from the book The Second Rainbow Book of Adventures. Condensed to fit a 20K MC-10 and now with word wrap. Anyone aware of a playthrough or map? Looks like it is full of tricky puzzles.https://youtu.be/fGl8QEEqsEw

Still plunking away at it. Too bad it wasn't written in Friesian, it would be just that little bit easier...

Re: Planet of Death
Ported some source I found on line from the ZX81 version to TRS-80 MC-10. Complete walkthrough video here:
https://youtu.be/hlQTlEoR5ko. I remember lots of bugs in the original ZX81 source that I fixed in various ways to make it work like the walkthrough for the Speccy version, I think.

I think I might try translating this to English and porting it to MC-10. Is it a good game?

Re: Another Classic Ported to TRS-80 MC-10
I have updated "Time Travelers" by Ann B. Mayeux from the book The Third Rainbow Book of Adventures (Falsoft 1987). Condensed to fit a 20K MC-10 and now with word wrap. Anyone aware of a playthrough or map?
