Best holiday wishes to you too, Guido. :D

Besides the problem I am having getting my mind around the thought that we are all in major different time zones/parts of the world, your message just reminded me that not all of us celebrate Christmas/holidays the same. I love learning about other peoples customs for the holidays around the world.

We had a wonderful time visiting our grandchildren Thursday and spoiling them, but one day is so short! We didn't do anything at home for Christmas because it is a holiday to enjoy with children.

haha ... and you are also SO cute! :o (exactly about how young are you... under twenty or over twenty? It helps to know this when working on a game with someone too) Since I am definitely the grandmother of the group (although a young grandmother! sort of)... you can all just call me "Nonnie"

I think the word you were looking for is niece, if you meant "a female nephew".

At first I didn't understand the reference you made to the "great waves"... but it just dawned on me you must be referring to the horrible tidal wave, tsunami, or whatever they are calling it. Yes, it was such a horrific catastrophe  ... so horrible it's hard to get your mind around it... to actually take it all in or fathom the magnitude of it all.
