FOUR SYMBOLS written by "The Grue" FSF Adventures This is a brooding, macabre story with detailed sinister ambience and descriptions, a not-happy ending, and a rather one-sided view of humanity. It sets out to explore evil and does it quite well. The puzzles are challenging, not in figuring out what to do, but in how to do it. The game uses a multi-word parser, so prepositions, such as "under", "behind", "at", "in" are needed. You get points for doing actions that are not really necessary to complete the game. There are also many objects you can collect that are not necessary to finish the game and some which cause you to die if you use them. For example, try using the pole at the moat (VAULT POLE). You need certain objects from Part 1 in Part 2. N.B. This walkthrough will get you 490 points out of 500. Part 1: You start outside your home.
