Solution for Adam Cadre's I-0: Jailbait on the Interstate

This is the clean solution. There are a lot of ways to get yourself
(and others) into all kinds of trouble, not all of it suitable for
daytime viewing. There are also alternative solutions to some of the
problems, which may be equally, ahem, interesting. I'll leave finding
all of those to your own dirty mind.
There are at least two versions of this game: the compiled version
and the source code. Both are on the IF Archive, but they don't
belong together. The source code is of later date and has some marked
improvements; you may find a compiled version of it elsewhere, or at
a pinch try and compile it yourself.
There is a lot of waiting in this game. In the first version, you
will just have to enter many "wait" commands (and luckily the game
recognises "z"); in the second version, you can "wait 10" or whatever
number of turns you like (up to a reasonable limit).
                                          -- Richard Bos, August 2014

Examine your car, examine the tape deck, and take its tape. Unbuckle
the seat belt, out, crawl under the car (to escape the heat), freeze,
and stand.
Now you'll have to wait a long time (use "wait 10" if you can) for
a patrol car turns up. When it does, examine the road, and when it's
clear cross the road.
Wait for the patrolman to return, then tell him about your car. He'll
call a tow truck for you.
Examine the road again, and when clear cross road. Now wait for the
tow truck to turn up (again, quite a few turns). When it does, you'll
be told to get in, so enter truck.

Wait for the truck to leave. Larry will ask you questions. You can
answer them any way you like, except that you must answer "college"
to the first one and don't refuse to answer the others. When he runs
out of questions, just wait until you arrive at the Garage.
Open the front door, go north and southwest, and have another long
wait here for Larry to turn up again. Then enter "larry, help", and
"yes".
You'll end up at a gas station, but it's on the other side. So:
examine road, when clear go north.
Give the tape to josh, and in return ask josh for his soda. Examine
the soda and take the label.
Examine the road for safety, go south, and wait for a bus to turn up.
When it does, enter the bus, and give the label to the driver.

You're now home. Ring the bell. Open your present. Read the message.
Yup, that's it. If you have the first version: nothing. If you have
the second version: a plug for Adam's next (read: second, which
explains a lot) game. Alternatively, don't open your present, but
open the door twice.
