You need to trap her on the stairs between the stake and the coat.

GET STEAK
GET COAT
EXAMINE IT
W (Lower west stairway)
DROP COAT
U, E (Landing)
Z (until Katelyn jumps away - hopefully to the west stairway)
DROP STEAK
W (if you're lucky, she's trapped here. If not, go back, get the steak and try again)
Once she's out of the way, the passage is clear
E, U, GET BODY, D, E, D, W, S
You've escaped with the corpse!
