This is a tidy little game, which does not have a time limit, despite the 
warnings. Hints are available at the Tipshop. They are so good, you 
shouldn't need this solution. 

There is a minor glitch: make sure you do not have the screwdriver with 
you when you examine the clock. Otherwise you will not know about the 
panel.

You begin tied to a chair with no recollection how you got there.

Score: 192/200. You get more points if you drop the chest at the boarded 
up stairs, and then again at two moves east of the landing, but that gets 
you to 198. I don't know how you can get the last 2 points.
