Tunnelmaze was the second in the "Maze" trilogy, three all-text adventure games for the Commodore 64. Castlemaze came before, and Valleymaze finished things off. In all three, the object was to acquire a series of treasures and bring them back to a specific spot. First, an advance apology: I no longer have a C-64, so I'm working off some old notes I found. I can't guarantee the walkthrough works word for word. However, there should be enough information to figure out what to do.
