(Start in the Theatre Lobby), EXAMINE POSTERS, EXAMINE STAIRCASE, LOOK UP (two stories high), NW
(manager's office), D (basement), GET PAGER THEN EXAMINE IT, GET PAGE (loose), EXAMINE PANEL,
TURN ON SWITCH, EXAMINE BARRELS, GET POPCORN, GET POPCORN, GET POPCORN, GET POPCORN (four lots), U,
SE, S (outside theatre where you discover your car has been stolen), N (you start back into the
theatre but are confronted by a thug carrying a knife), EXAMINE THUG, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT (the thug is
driving you back into the theatre), N, NW (manager's office),  N (cramped hallway), GET PAGE
(loose).

W, W, S, W (music room), EXAMINE PIANO (note the wheels), GET MUSIC THEN EXAMINE IT, PUT MUSIC ON
HOLDER, PLAY PIANO, PUSH PIANO EAST, PUSH PIANO SOUTH (prop room), STAND ON PIANO, OPEN TRAPDOOR, U
(southern end of attic), GET PAGES (loose), N, TURN HANDLE (this lowers the chandelier to the
auditorium floor), N (attic observatory), EXAMINE TELESCOPE, GET LENS (note the green gas which is
escaping so don't hang around), S, S, D (prop room).

N, N, D, D (cramped hallway), N (narrow hall), MOVE CARPET ROLLS (this frees the passage to the
north and reveals a body), GET CORPSE, EXAMINE CORPSE (see an appointment book), READ APPOINTMENT
BOOK (Reinhart left his cellular phone here - if you can find that you can call for help), DROP
APPOINTMENT BOOK, N (end of hallway), GET PAGE (loose), N (alley courtyard), EXAMINE RUBBISH BIN
(closed), OPEN RUBBISH BIN, GET PAGE FROM BIN, GET TICKET FROM BIN, EXAMINE TICKET, SW, S, S, S, SE
(theatre lobby), DROP ALL EXCEPT LENS AND PAGER.

U (staircase landing), EXAMINE PORTRAIT, FEEL PAINTING, OPEN DOOR, N (secret gallery), GET PAGE
(loose), GET CAMERA THEN EXAMINE IT, S, D (lobby), DROP CAMERA AND PAGER, U, E, S (southern
landing), OPEN CURTAINS (reveals a curiously patterned circular window), EXAMINE WINDOW, LOOK DOWN
(the light shining through the window has made a spotlight on the lobby floor below), NE, W, D
(lobby), PUT LENS IN SPOTLIGHT (the pattern is burned into the lens), GET LENS AND TICKET.

U, E, N (eastern theatre aisle where you see the chandelier which has been lowered), PUSH
CHANDELIER, DROP TICKET (a voice whispers that you are too early... there is a gust of air and you
find yourself on the staircase landing), E, E, U (eastern balcony), SWING CHANDELIER (you swing
across to the western balcony), NW (back wall), GET PAGE (loose), S, W (secret library), EXAMINE
BOOKS, N (reading recess), GET PAGES (loose), S, S (southern end of library where you see a large
nest containing a slug), EXAMINE SLUG, EXAMINE NEST (guarded by the slug), N, EXAMINE BOOKCASE (a
long chain holds them in place), UNHOOK CHAIN, PUSH BOOKCASE, S (the bookcase fell on the slug), S,
EXAMINE NEST (see a strange blue eye-like pearl), GET BLUE PEARL.

W (through the window to street balcony), U (theatre roof), GET CROW (as you move towards it it
flies down the chimney), D (guest star room), EXAMINE FIREPLACE (it continues up and down), CLIMB
DOWN CHIMNEY (into a sealed office), OPEN COFFIN (see a key which the crow steals but drops down the
chimney), EXAMINE FIREPLACE (goes up and down), D (boiler room), GET KEY, OPEN CHEST (reveals a
bottle of glue), GET BOTTLE THEN EXAMINE IT, EXAMINE COAL BIN, GET LUMP THEN EXAMINE IT, CLEAN LUMP
(reveals a violet eye-like pearl), U, U (the chimney to guest star room), E (north end of long
corridor), S, W (costume room), GET MASK (as you reach for it the mannequins shuffle towards you),
BREAK BOTTLE (the glue splashes stopping the mannequins), GET MASK (gas).

E, S, S (prop room), CLIMB PIANO, U (attic), N, WEAR MASK, N (observatory where the gas mask
protects from the green gas), PUT LENS IN TELESCOPE (this stops the flow of gas), DROP MASK, LOOK
THROUGH TELESCOPE (through the patterned lens you see an alien presence... you collapse and awake
with something new in your inventory), INVENTORY (it's a star crystal), EXAMINE STAR CRYSTAL,
S, S, D, N, N, N.

N (sick bay), OPEN CABINET, GET PAGE (loose), GET TABLETS AND STETHOSCOPE FROM CABINET, GET VIAL,
EXAMINE VIAL (contains a blue liquid), READ LETTER, S, S, E, E, S (manager's office), EXAMINE
SAFE (has a dial), WEAR STETHOSCOPE, LISTEN SAFE, TURN DIAL LEFT, TURN DIAL RIGHT, TURN DIAL LEFT,
TURN DIAL RIGHT (the safe opens to reveal a red eye-like pearl which you take), DROP STETHOSCOPE,
EXAMINE DESK (see drawer), OPEN DRAWER (reveals a loose page and architect's plans), GET PAGE
(loose), GET PLANS THEN EXAMINE IT (note the ticket booth to the south of the office), EXAMINE SOUTH
WALL, DROP PLANS, KICK SOUTH WALL (reveals an exit south), S (into sealed-up ticket booth), GET PAGE
(loose), EXAMINE SKELETON (see rags and a pocket watch), EXAMINE RAGS, EXAMINE WATCH (has a dial),
PULL DIAL, TURN DIAL, TURN DIAL, TURN DIAL, TURN DIAL (until it reads 7:40 - it will now be late
enough to enter the theatre), N.

SE (lobby), DROP ALL EXCEPT PAGER, GET CAMERA, U (landing), GET TICKET, E, N (eastern theatre isle
where a voice whispers "tickets please"), DROP TICKET (the ghostly presents says to enjoy
the show), N (stage), N (backstage), DROP TICKET, GET PAGE (loose), EXAMINE ROPE (see door above),
CLIMB ROPE, W (dressing room), OPEN LOCKER (you discover an ancient amulet, an old newspaper
clipping and a coiled serpent), PUSH LOCKER EAST (it falls to the stage below killing the snake), D,
READ NEWSPAPER, GET AMULET THEN WEAR IT.

S, S (orchestra pit), E (storage cupboards), E (a shadow forms from out of the gloom and drives you
back), EXAMINE SHADOW, TAKE PHOTOGRAPH (seeing the flash the shadow creature vanishes), DROP CAMERA,
E (dark place), NW (under stage), GET PAGE (loose), EXAMINE ITEMS (see coin, pencil, bits of paper
and a green eye-like pearl), GET GREEN PEARL THEN EXAMINE IT (leave the rest), SE, W, W, N (stage),

SW (mine shaft), D (deep in mines where a large cage dominates the area containing a goblin-like
creature), EXAMINE CREATURE (humanoid - note the following four moves give a random response so make
a note of it), SHOW VIOLET PEARL TO GOBLIN, SHOW BLUE PEARL TO GOBLIN, SHOW RED PEARL TO GOBLIN,
SHOW GREEN PEARL TO GOBLIN, U, NE, SE (western end of sewer), DROP POPCORN, E (center of sewer),
DROP POPCORN, E (eastern end of sewer), DROP POPCORN, SE (rat nest), DROP POPCORN (the rats consume
it), NW (rats follow), W, N (the rats scurry west following the popcorn trail), EXAMINE LEVER, WAIT
(until the rats move away to the western end of the sewer), PULL LEVER (sluice gate opens and
flushes the rats down the drain... the gate automatically closes again), S, E, SE (rat nest).

WITCH'S LAIR - SE (witch's lair), GET PAGE (loose), EXAMINE STATUE (the forehead has four
eye sockets forming a diamond), PUT BLUE PEARL IN ............ SOCKET, PUT RED PEARL IN ............
SOCKET, PUT GREEN PEARL IN ............. SOCKET, PUT VIOLET PEARL IN ............ SOCKET, GET DAGGER
THEN EXAMINE IT, NW, DROP AMULET.

NW, W, W, NW (tunnel junction), SW, D (to where the goblin is), GET EARTH CRYSTAL (from dagger),
SHOW EARTH CRYSTAL TO TRENT, SHOW STAR CRYSTAL TO TRENT, PUT STAR CRYSTAL IN DAGGER, READ PAGES
(read all of them for 3 points), ASK TRENT ABOUT ELIZABETH (he says she might hear you), DROP ALL
EXCEPT DAGGER AND TABLETS, U, NE, NE (old hallway where you hear chanting), NE (the chanting is
sinister are you sure?), YES (you are in the ceremony room where you meet Elizabeth who takes the
dagger, but it contains the wrong crystal... she vanishes releasing you... you awake outside the
burning mansion).

N (smoky hall), GIVE TABLETS TO MAN (they remove his pain and he tells you he is Trent... he says
that you must destroy an evil in female form which is below), GET DAGGER, GET STAR, D (wine cellar),
THROW STAR AT YOUNG WOMAN (the crystal shatters and all is consumed in an immense explosion... you
find yourself back in the theatre lobby), NW, D, U (manager's office... Reinhart gets his phone
and hands you your pager), SE (lobby), S (outside theatre where you see your car), ENTER CAR.
