HAMPTON MANOR
Written by Art LaFrana
Walk Through by Dorothy Millard (PC Version)

Scenario
It has been a long time since you had a vacation. Well, it's not really a vacation, more of a
retreat. You told your publicist you wanted to find a place with the right atmosphere for the
horror novel you are writing. He really outdid himself this time! How he was able to get you to
Hampton Manor for a month's stay is beyond you. It is empty and was for sale until a judge
took it off the market. The last owners just disappeared and since seven years have passed the
heirs are fighting it out in the courts. The manor has been on a few of those strange but true TV
shows and has been written up in many similar magazines. Stopping in town you asked about the place
and people became visible upset. Now standing outside the gate you can see why. You get the
feeling someone or something is watching you. Now if you can just remember where your secretary
said they hid the key you will be all set. Taking a deep breath you get ready to enter Hampton
Manor.

Finally you can relax and start work on our manuscript. After a few days Peter recovers and you
become good friends. Not only is he an accomplished artist but also a writer. He has many great
stores to tell and helps you write your book "Hampton Manor" which becomes a number one
best seller. A movie company buys the rights and later it is turned into an interactive computer
game.

After the mirror was buried the mural in the upstairs hallway slowly returned to normal. It now
shows a forest scene with a family of three having a peaceful picnic. Charlie is also better and
has no memory of his visit to the Mansion. Peter lives in the manor and you still visit him from
time to time.

CONGRATULATIONS - You have won the game with a perfect score.
SCORE 100/100
Rank is MASTER OF HAMPTON MANOR.
