FIRST TREASURE - ACORNS
(Start on a shady woodland path), N, GET TORCH, EXAMINE TORCH (not alight), N, N, E, E (dead tree),
SW (clearing), S, W, S (fairy ring), EXAMINE STONE (could be something under it), MOVE STONE, GET
KEY (ornate), W, W, U (oak tree), SE (end of huge bough), EXAMINE BOUGH (in a small niche are some
golden acorns), GET ACORNS, NW, D, N, NE, W, W, S, E, N (oak tree with door), UNLOCK DOOR WITH KEY,
OPEN DOOR, ENTER (to a small circular room), READ NOTE (leave treasures in the living room for
maximum points), DROP ACORNS, SCORE (120/940).

SECOND TREASURE - CHALICE
EXAMINE BOX (closed), OPEN BOX, GET MATCH, STRIKE MATCH, LIGHT TORCH WITH MATCH, DROP KEY, W (back
outside), S (bramble patch where you see something glittering in the middle), LIGHT BRAMBLE WITH
TORCH (it burns leaving a hole to the east), E, GET CHALICE, W, W, ENTER (living room), DROP
CHALICE, SCORE (270/940).

THIRD TREASURE - RING
W, E, S, W (glade), GET NET, D (hole), GET RING, NW (lush grassy bank), W, S, E, N, ENTER (living
room), DROP RING, SCORE (360/940).

FOURTH TREASURE - EMERALD
W, E, S, N, W, S, S (marshy area), DROP NET (being of light construction it floats on the marsh), W
(pond), PULL CHAIN (the pond empties revealing an emerald on the bottom), GET EMERALD, E, N, N, E,
S, E, W, ENTER (living room), DROP EMERALD, SCORE (470/940).

FIFTH TREASURE - ANTIQUE BOTTLE
W, S, W, N, E, D (hole), GET SHOVEL, NW, W, S, E, NE (densely wooded area), DIG WITH SHOVEL (you
uncover a dirty old bottle), DROP SHOVEL, GET BOTTLE, RUB BOTTLE (you rub off the dirt to reveal a
valuable antique), W, ENTER (to living room), DROP BOTTLE, SCORE (580/940).

SIXTH TREASURE - CROWN
W, S, W, N, E, E (dead tree), U (top of tree), ENTER (tree trunk), D (into root system), E, E, N,
GET WAND, SW, SE, N, SE (back to bottom of tree), S, NE, W, W (shady woodland path), N (you just
don't seem to be able to go any further), WAVE WAND, N (end of path), EXAMINE HEDGEROW (has a
small man sized hole in it), E (glade), EXAMINE WEB, LIGHT WEB WITH TORCH (that's the end of
the spider), N, NW (edge of high cliff), D (ledge where you see a giant egg), SMASH EGG WITH AXE,
GET DIAMOND, U, SE, S, W, S, S, E, N, ENTER (living room), DROP DIAMOND, SCORE (795/940).

SEVENTH TREASURE - FAIRY GOLD
DROP TORCH, W, E, S, S, W, S (fairy ring - note it's a good idea to save the game at this
point), WAVE WAND (a giant ogre appears), KILL OGRE WITH AXE (keep trying until you strike a mortal
blow and the giant ogre fades from sight), WAVE WAND (a pile of fairy gold appears), GET GOLD, W, W,
N, E, W, ENTER (living room), DROP WAND, DROP GOLD, U, S (bedroom), W (you are lying on your bed),
SLEEP (as you fall asleep you realise you are being drawn back to your own time and place).
