CRICKET CRAZY
Written by C. A. Sharp (The Dreaming Djinn)
Walk Through by Dorothy Millard (C64 Version)

PART 1
Notes
1. There appears too be a "bug" concerning the jungle so that when you TELL OUT to the
apeman nothing happens. If this is the case leave that part out and continue from the sheer
cliffs.
2. Do not enter the coach and play the cricket match near the end, as when rain stops play as it
invariably does the game ends.

Walk Through

see stumps, a pack of cigarettes, a bat, a ball, cricketers of the world album and a newspaper), GET

card), GET CARD, READ CARD (it says "The Albanian Fertilizer Corp."), DROP CARD, N

it's a snake), LOOK IN BAG (the snake won't let you take the paper), GET BAG, EXAMINE
WRECKAGE, N (dirt track), LOOK (a peasant arrives with a cart), HITCH A LIFT (on the cart... some
hours later you arrive in the town centre of Natangaville... the chief greets you, telling you he
has arranged a knock about with the local children - do you accept?), YES (you find yourself at the
cricket ground), TOSS COIN (you win... who will be your first man?), CHOOSE RAM (... a group of
scantily clad maidens appear and you decide it's time to depart... you find yourself back on
the dirt track), N (foothills), U, U (mid slopes), ASK CHARMER (snake), AUTOGRAPH BAT (using the

over your head), WAIT (you find yourself in the centre of a collection of tatty huts), EXAMINE
GUERRILLA BAND, TALK BAND (they push you roughly into the chief's hut), EXAMINE DINCUS, TALK
DINCUS (you are held for ransom and escorted to a smelly hut), AUTOGRAPH BALL, THROW BALL (it flies
through the small window), HELP, HELP, HELP (the lads got your message and some of them have stormed
the camp routing the guerillas and releasing you... you find yourself at the centre of a collection
of tatty huts), S (back to foothills).

goodwill"... What do you say?), NO (he sulks off), U, E (hotel room), SLEEP (when you awake you
find yourself in jail), SWITCH ON RADIO, LISTEN (you hear a cricket commentary), SEARCH (some stones
