A SPECIAL CHRISTMAS ADVENTURE

You start in Santa's Grotto carrying a letter. READ LETTER. It's from
the gnome. Note his address contains "Underbush". This is a clue for
later.
DROP LETTER, NORTH. You're in the workshop. EXAMINE WOOD or PAPER.
You find some toys. GET TORCH, GET DOLL, GET HAT, SOUTH, SOUTH.
You're now in the garden. GET SPADE, DIG. You find a bean. GET BEAN,
NORTH, WEST. Now you're by a pond. FILL HAT (with water), NORTH.
Now there's a large bush blocking the way. This is a rather nasty
guess-the-verb moment. The command to crawl under it is, as hinted in
the letter: UNDER BUSH.
Once on the other side, you're by the gnome's castle. PLANT BEAN,
WATER BEAN. In true adventure tradition, a beanstalk grows, although
it must be pretty hard to anything to grow in the sunless Arctic
winter!
UP, IN. It's dark in here. LIGHT TORCH. You see the gnome holding
the key. GIVE DOLL. He relents and gives you the key.
OUT, DOWN, UNDER BUSH, SOUTH, EAST, EAST, NORTH. You're by the door to
the Presents Room. UNLOCK DOOR.
"Congratulations! The elves are hurrying to load the sleighs with
presents. You have save the children from being very sad on Christmas
morning, and Santa still has his job."
