Synopsis

Plot

The year is 1635, a decade has passed since the war in La Rochelle and the events involving Milady de Winter. Most European countries are engaged in a bloody war that compromises the borders and interests of France. It is a war that has divided Europe into two factions.

The Duke of Orleans, brother of the King and second in line to the throne, has aligned himself with foreign forces. A large force from Habsburg has crossed the border and is heading to Paris at the most inopportune moment, because both the musketeer regiment and the army of Louis XIII are far from the city, engaged on a routine training exercise.

Mounsieur de Tréville, the captain of the musketeers, has just learned this news, so he gives you a message.

It is vital that you take this message as soon as possible to the palace. You know the seriousness of the matter.
