"Danse Nocturne is interactive blank verse, based on one of the legends of Charlemagne. It is played by dancing in different ways and has over a dozen different endings and understands over 1200 different adverbs." (from IFDB)
Notes
Danse Nocturne was published December 31, 2011 for the 2011-2012 New Year's Speed-IF, and the second expanded version was published in September of 2015.
The source is available (as of January 2023) on Pastebin.
This one uses rhyming really well--in particularly, adverbs.
The author has released the source code, and it's neat to see the passages through, and also, well, just how they DID this.
