1. You can't. Don't go south from the bottom of the steps until you've gone past the
roof fall location, but you'll need to be carrying the right objects if you are to deal with
the snake.
2. Use some protection!
3a. Give him something to eat.
3b. He'd enjoy a dead squirrel, but it would do him no harm.
3c. Dip the dead squirrel in the poison pool then drop it on the bank above the beast's pit. Go
back to the location east, then wait.
4a. Read what it says in the Music Room very very carefully!
4b. Musical directions could be directions of a different kind.
5. If you are carrying a treasure you'll know when you reach it.
6. Read the cryptic message on the cave wall and think it out.
7a. It's just a matter of mechanics, but do take things a bit easy.
7b. Drop the weight at the first ledge. Wait, then take the weight and climb again.
7c. Drop the weight then tie the rope to it. Hold the rope, then push the weight off the ledge.
8. Act like a cowboy! It's another matter of elementary mechanics.
9. Try reading the Bible! You'll need to do two things.
10. Examine the leather covered book in the cave with pink walls, and the answer is there.
11. Try your hand at a bit of angling.
12. The obvious place to use a spade is in a garden!
13. You can't. Return later and perhaps it will have gone away.
14. You'll know which is the last treasure when you take it to the secret cave and say the
magic word.
