Adventures of Zebedee Gonig

You start off locked into your hovel, so let's set the scene and get out. first
GET P45 (UK tax form that shows unemployment) and READ LETTER to tell you that
you need to see the King.

We can't do anything with the chest yet, so go N into the larder and EXAMINE
MOUSETRAP and GET CHEESE, though we failed to get the cheese, there is now a key
in the room, so GET KEY and head back S and S again to the hall.

You can EXAMINE STATUE to find a note, so GET NOTE, READ NOTE, DROP NOTE. Now,
we can UNLOCK DOOR and DROP KEY (as we don't need it anymore). Now go S into the
garden. Head SW and NW to the palace entrance and GIVE P45, then N. Now you're
told the purpose of the quest and find yourself back at the entrance with a
brick, GET BRICK. This will allow us to pass the king's guard.

Now our first order should be to find some food, so head SE, NE, SE, E, E, N
into the "Forest of Similarities". Carry on NE, SW, E and S to the Marshouse,
GET SANDWICH and EAT SANDWICH.

Now we're going to discover the annoying part of the adventure: we spend most of
our time juggling objects so we can gather items from a couple of places that
can only be visited once. To this end, we need to make an object store. I'm
going to use the Banks of the River Gwig for this. Return to the Crossroads: N,
W, SW.

Head S, S and GET LAGER. Then N, N, E and S and EXAMINE VEGETABLES to see a
camera, GET CAMERA, EXAMINE GRAVEL and GET SKELETON. The skeleton key opens the
chest right back at the start, so we need to go back: go N, W, W, W, NW, N, N
and UNLOCK CHEST. EXAMINE CHEST and we see a handle. PULL HANDLE and the chest
becomes a sledgehammer. GET SLEDGEHAMMER and DROP SKELETON. Now head back to the
Banks of the River GWig: S, S, SE, E, E, E and DROP BRICK.

CLIMB TREE and E to go to a precarious branch. To get to the other side JUMP
EAST.

Now we're on the other side of the river, normally you'd need a light source to
do this bit, but to save us carrying an extra item, we can do it if we know what
the commands are: head NE, E and GET JEWEL, then  SE and GIVE LAGER and GET
CHALICE. Head back NW, W, SW.

Now, go SE and SMASH BOULDER, DROP SLEDGEHAMMER and GET DINGHY and GET VASE.
Head back NW, S, and SE. EXAMINE MANNEQUIN to find a hat, GET HAT. We're now up
to our limit on items, but due to a quirk of behaviour, the count of items
doesn't include what we wear, so WEAR HAT. Now EXAMINE MANNEQUIN again and GET
WIG and WEAR WIG. One final thing that we need to do: TAKE PHOTO (of the
seductive mannequin).

Go NW, S, S, S and EXAMINE ORCHARD and GET SPADE. Now we can go back to the
other side of the river: N, N, N, N, W and W. We're back on the tree. Head U to
the top and EXAMINE BRANCHES to find a bag of salt. GET SALT and D, D.

Before we continue we can get rid of the treasures we already have and make some
precious space. So, DROP SALT and GET BRICK. Head W and S and DIG, DROP SPADE
and GET DAFFODIL. Now, head to the Altar of Small Furry Things: N, W, W, NW, SW,
SE. Now, DROP CHALICE, DROP JEWEL, DROP DAFFODIL, DROP VASE and DROP HAT. Head
back to the river: NW, NE, SE, E, E, E and GET SALT.

Head back to the forest of similarities: W, N, NE, E, N and GET MIRROR. Now go U
and SPRINKLE SALT and DROP BAG. GET STAFF and GET POLE. We can ignore the box
(as this leads us to the birthday cake - a light source).

We've now finished this section of the adventure. So head back to your garden:
D, S, S, Sw, W, W, NW and DROP BRICK. Carry on SW and SE and DROP STAFF. Head
out NW and SW and W (using the pole) and GET SCEPTRE and GET SCREWDRIVER. Head E
and DROP POLE, then NE, SE and DROP SCEPTRE.

Now, for the final section. Head to the small hut: NW, SW, S and UNSCREW
TAPESTRY and DROP SCREWDRIVER. Now, leave the hut by going S.

Once we're in Brechil, ignore the northerly exit and head E, E and GET GLASSES
and WEAR GLASSES and SE to the Shrine of Transplants. Once we're here we can
SHOUT SHREEN (This is found by feeling the book that we ignored earlier) and
SAY. Now, GET CROWN and WEAR CROWN.

Go NW, W, W, W, W to the pawnbroker's shop and EXAMINE JUNK and GET PEARL
(ignore the spanner). Now, go E, E, S, S and S. Once we're here, GIVE PHOTOGRAPH
and GET COIN, finally go S to return to the hut.

From here, head N, NE, SE and DROP COIN, DROP PEARL and DROP CROWN. Well done,
you've completed the adventure!
