S, W (sheer cliff), GET KNIFE, E, E, CATCH FISH (you cook it on the fire and satisfy your hunger), E, E (to where the beach ends), CUT VINE (using knife), W, N (top of cliff where you fasten the vine to a tree and climb down), E, E, HUT (you enter and are welcomed... you are given a potion), GET POTION, EXIT, E, E (foot of tower), N, N, W (river bank), CATCH FISH (so you don't get hungry), EXIT, N, N (an iron gate is here but you can't open it yet), W, W, W, W, W, W, W, S, CABIN (you enter and an old man says he may be of assistance... he gives you a book), GET BOOK, EXIT, N (an inscription is here), READ BOOK (the runes translate to "Turn Lock"), E, E, E, E, E, E, E, S, S, W (river bank - by now you should be starving), CATCH FISH (you satisfy your hunger). S, S (foot of tower), TURN LOCK (door opens and you enter... you are given a ring which will make you invisible to the eyes of all beasts), GET RING, EXIT, N, N, N, N, W, W, W, S (see a dragon guarding a temple), WEAR RING, S (across the bridge and past the dragon... you enter the temple), GET KEY (large), EXIT, E, E, E, S, S, W, CATCH FISH (to stave off hunger yet again), EXIT, N, N (iron gate), UNLOCK GATE (you enter a large cave full of gold and jewels, but there is too much to carry so you pick up a gold piece to show the old sea captain... just as you turn to leave the mage materialises and locks you in), DRINK POTION (you find yourself back in the hut... you are told that the only way to defeat the mage is to banish his pet dragon by speaking the Word of Banishment), EXIT. E, E (foot of tower), N, N, W, CATCH FISH, EXIT, N, N, W, W, W, W, W, W, W (you arrive at the city and see the professor who points out a path to the west), W, ENTER HOUSE, U, E (bedroom), GET KEY (brass), W, D, W (kitchen), GET SANDWICH, EAT SANDWICH, E, E (the door is locked), UNLOCK DOOR (using the brass key... you enter a large study and read that the word for banishment is "Exor"), EXIT (you leave the house and are back at the ruins... the professor comes with you), E, E, E, E, S (to where the dragon is), EXOR (you have been tricked... you are sent back to your own dimension remembering nothing... the next thing you know you are back in your car driving through the main street of a coastal town).
