Despite its title there is not really any resemblance to the Zork series.
The bulk of the game constitutes a fantasy journey through a series of said old games and their illustrious characters, like the Yar series, Bounty Bob, a mainframe dungeon, the Bally Chamber and so on. There is a fairly large maze through an underground city. It is a medium sized, medium difficulty puzzler and pretty well coded with no meaningful bugs that I can remember stumbling upon.
