8th Day games cost £1.75 back in the day, possibly the cheapest text adventures you could buy at a certain time. This alone got most of them moderately good reviews, but they are of irregular quality. Ice Station Zero is unremarkable: quite easy and straighforward, but maybe too run-of-the-mill for the experienced player.
