You are Inspector Le-Gles, the famous Belgian Detective and as a house guest of Lord Stingy, you must recover a priceless ruby ring which has gone missing.
Notes
There are differences between the text-only version and the illustrated version of the game.
Steve Green produced the graphics for the illustrated version.
Fun to play, but you have to get into the tongue-in-cheek mindset of the authors (it helps having player their former game, Mindbender). This one came in two versions: the graphics version is a slightly simplified version of the text-only one, with fewer rooms and objects in different places; otherwise, the solution largely follows the same logic.
