Synopsis

Plot

There have been many great and famous detectives over the years, some more charismatic than the others, but they have all had one thing in common ... their ability to solve even the most intricate crimes.

Now is your chance to join forces with one of the more "unusual" members of their ranks and to assist him in his diligent search for clues. Will you be able to put together the miniscule clues left by the felon or will FATHER PADDY MURPHY simply have to rely on his own simple skills?

This time around the detective is a simple country priest, armed only with his knowledge of the workings of the mind of common everyday folk and an uncanny knack of being able to sort the "wheat" from the "chaff".

Can this gentle cleric rise above his calling and bring to justice the villain responsible for the dastardly act performed within the very sanctuary of the church grounds themselves?

Notes

A heavily updated version of Bodkin Software's original. The game was titled 'Murder Hunt 89' when originally submitted to Zenobi but delays in publication resulted in the '1992' moniker. An earlier update 'Murder Hunt 1987' was scheduled to be published by Interceptor/Players.
