Synopsis

Plot

"We should try to find a place to stay for the night. The horses need a rest." Those were the coachman's last words before he disappeared without a trace. Lost deep in the Black Forest, you soon find out that some things should remain buried forever.

Notes

This was an entry in the Adventuron Halloween Jam, where it placed 2nd out of 6 entries. The author has removed this from itch.io, so it is no longer playable online.

An updated version of the game was released in early 2020. A commercial physical release was produced in associated with PolyPlay.

The 8-bit and 16-bit versions of the game were created using DAAD.

Available for both old and modern PCs, with the MS-DOS version powered by DAAD and the browser-based edition running using Adventuron.

An enhanced version, with the Amiga graphics, is available for Spectrum Next.

In 2022 a new graphical version was produced for Spectrum +3 (or Spectrum with divMMC) and MSX/MSX2.

Also in 2022, a new point-and-click version of the game was produced for the C64.

Spanish versions of the game were released in 2023.
