Taking control of two characters, Caro and Azul, your task is to free the king's daughter from an evil magician. To a limited extent, you can control the various NPCs that roam the game, including a walking tree (!).
Notes
The C64 version used Mike Oldfield's classic Tubular Bells as its score.
Fairly odd game - the Oldfield tunes are very atmospheric, but it seems that the programmer's didn't always anticipate all possible side effects of having two controllable characters.
Haha, yeah, I remember the dead bird bug :) There was quite a number of bugs and unexpected side effects of having characters carry other characters around. I seem to recall a lot of weird stuff happening when that giant tree picked you up.

There's a fairly interesting bug / Easter egg - the dead bird can be used to unlock any door.
