The game was originally published by WoW for the Amstrad and subsequently ported to the Spectrum by The Guild.
Originally a four-part graphical adventure for Amstrad produced using the Quill, it was converted using the PAW into a single-part text-only game for 128K Spectrums.
Are you sure this was written with the Quill? The fact that it needs a 128k Spectrum and expects "GET x FROM POUCH"-type commands suggest it was actually written with PAW.
Old comments I know, but just to add a bit of context... the game was originally a four-part adventure for Amstrad before being converted to a single part game using the PAW for Spectrum 128K. At this point, I'm not sure what tool was used to make the original Amstrad game... it could've been The Quill for that, but I'll need to do more research to be sure.

Pippa, you are right. Proof is that PAW can load the game but The Quill cannot.
