Synopsis

You are Bartholomew, a final year student at a prestigious magical school. It's a boarding school, with proper dorms and everything. In addition to studying to become a wizard, you are also very lazy. You skipped on all of the studying part of attending school. In fact, today is the day of the final exam, and you don’t recall a single spell that you have learnt during your years here.

Can you pass the exam (somehow)? You were allowed one book for the exam, so armed with the very basic but hopefully extremely useful book titled ”Beginner’s Magic”, you enter the exam room.

Tied for 22nd place (of 70) with two others in the 28th Annual Interactive Fiction Competition (2022).
